Ms. Glavin assists in all aspects of running Pelton & Associates, PC. While not an attorney, Ms. Glavin participates in all client conferences and assists in the litigation process as we prepare cases for trial. Having taken a strong interest to employment law, Ms. Glavin is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (“NELA”) and is experienced in overtime and other wage and hour claims, sexual harassment and discrimination matters. Ms. Glavin is resourceful and devises innovative solutions to complex legal problems. Ms. Glavin has been working with Mr. Pelton in the areas of overtime, employment, class action litigation and high-profile/high-exposure litigation for approximately two (2) years and looks forward to working with you to help resolve your legal issue.
Experience:
Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Glavin worked as the Chief Operating Officer of a well-regarded New York litigation boutique. Previously, Ms. Glavin worked in the music and homebuilding industries. She was the founder and president of Covelli Media, where she assisted a large range of clients with web design, public relations and marketing and she was the Executive Director and Founder of La Bella Donna Records/Pile Driving Records, where she handled all contract negotiations, marketing and public relations. Ms. Glavin was also a co-owner of a residential property development business.

Biography:
Ms. Glavin has continued to stay involved in the music and entertainment industries, serving on the board of directors of the Willie May Rock Camp for Girls. Ms. Glavin served as a moderator for Trinity College’s “Urban Music Festival” in 2007, moderated the college’s “Women in Urban Music” panel in 2006 and has produced numerous “women in music” workshops throughout the country. Ms. Glavin has long been interested in the law and enjoys staying current on new developments in the area of employment law. She is a member of the Columbian Lawyer’s Association and NELA.
