Mr. Graham is an associate attorney whose practice primarily consists of representing individuals in class and collective actions with unpaid wage and overtime litigation in federal court. Mr. Graham has worked at Pelton & Associates since 2009 and enjoys helping employees recover their legally-required wages and looking out for the rights of all employees.

Prior to joining Pelton & Associates, Mr. Graham was a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, working as a legal advocate and organizer at the non-profit Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Brooklyn. Mr. Graham counseled low-income and immigrant tenants and advocated on their behalf to stand up against discrimination and harassment from landlords. During his first year of law school, Mr. Graham was involved with the Housing Advocacy Project, the Immigrant Advocacy Project, the Global Law Society and the Entertainment and Media Law Society. He also assisted in the legal department at Housing Conservation Coordinators in Hell’s Kitchen.
